Chinese-Language Community Information & Access Hub
About Us
The Chinese-Language Community Information & Access Hub is an independently operated, non-commercial public information platform designed to improve access to trusted information and resources for Chinese-speaking communities in Australia.
The platform brings together publicly available information relating to health, everyday life, safety, legal matters, government services, community wellbeing and other areas relevant to people living in Australia. Through clear categorisation, brief descriptions and direct access to original sources, the Hub aims to make important public information easier for Chinese-language users to find, understand and access.
The Hub currently brings together Chinese-language and multilingual resources from more than 200 Australian government departments, public agencies, health bodies, hospitals, legal and community organisations, and not-for-profit organisations. Wherever possible, users are directed to the original information or resources published by the relevant organisation, allowing them to verify the source and access the most current information available.
The Hub is an independent information-access platform and is not a government agency. Unless otherwise expressly stated, it is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of the organisations whose information or resources are referenced on this website.
The Hub does not provide medical, legal or other professional advice or services. Information provided on this website is for general information and navigation purposes only. Users should refer to the original source and, where appropriate, contact the relevant organisation or a qualified professional regarding their individual circumstances.
The Chinese-Language Community Information & Access Hub is operated by SOUTHERN CONTINUUM LIMITED.
